RETURNS

Returns - There is a $25 restocking charge. Return orders will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please emai us requesting an RMA and provide reason for return. Items returned must be packaged according to the guidelines of the shipping company. Return shipping and packagins is the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Damage - For items damaged in shipping, you must save all packing material including bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, cartons, and boxes. Please email us immediately and we will arrange for a shipping representative to inspect the shipment you received so that a shipping claim may be filed with the carrier.
